Faith & Fitness is a unique fitness enivronment in which women from different walks of life come together for encouragement and support in all areas of life and health. Each class is a time where women can push one another to their full potential, hold one another accountable, learn from one another and enjoy their fitness experience. Sign up at the info booth or call the office at 918.256.6497 ext.4 so we can get a head count. You may pay ahead of time or on the first day of class.
Classes start September 13th
Two times are available for you to shose from 5:15am-6:00am or 8:30am-9:15am or if you are brave.. you can do both!
The cost is $25 per month.
Services
Join us for services on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m. and Wednesday nights at 7:00 p.m.
